Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at importsthrift@gmail.com.
Approved returns must be sent to the following address: MODEL TOWN, LAHORE.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
